IMPORTANT: Exact delivery times are displayed on each product page. The timeframes below are indicative and apply to in-stock products or as fallback times for special orders.

For in-stock products:

Order processing: 24 hours for preparation and handover to courier

Romania:

• 1-2 business days for Bucharest
• 2-4 business days for rest of Romania
• 1-4 business days for EasyBox

International:

• 4-10 business days for EU and Extra EU
• 5-14 business days for rest of the world

For special order products or items being restocked:

• Prescription glasses with personalized lenses: 7-14 business days
• Special order contact lenses: 5-10 business days
• Products from supplier stock: 10-21 business days
• Glasses with special treatments: 10-15 business days
• Products being restocked: according to product page display

For mixed orders:

If the order contains products with different delivery times, the entire order will be delivered at the longest timeframe.

Factors that may influence timeframes:

• Force majeure: extreme weather conditions, courier strikes

V. PERSONAL PICKUP

• Product fitting can only be done after payment
• No modifications accepted to order at pickup time

• Confirmation email or order number
• Fiscal invoice (if printed separately)

VI. PACKAGE DELIVERY

Upon receiving the package:

1. Verify courier identity and present your identity document
2. Inspect packaging - if visibly damaged, refuse delivery
3. Sign for receipt only after verifying package integrity
4. Courier is not authorized to allow package opening before signing

Package contents:

• Ordered products in original packaging
• Original fiscal invoice
• Warranty/conformity certificate
• Usage instructions (for contact lenses)
• Included accessories: case, cleaning cloth, etc.
• Promotional materials (if applicable)

In case of delivery problems:

• Damaged package: refuse delivery and contact us immediately
• Missing or wrong product: contact us within 24 hours
• Delivery to wrong address: contact courier and us for resolution

VII. CASH ON DELIVERY

General conditions:

• Additional fee: +5 RON to delivery cost
• Cash payment to courier in RON
• Exact change - courier has no obligation to provide change
• Fiscal invoice issued before shipment

Cash on delivery restrictions:

• Not accepted for orders over 2000 RON
• Not accepted for personalized products
• Not accepted for international deliveries
• Identity verification required at delivery

VIII. ORDER TRACKING

• "Processing" - order is being verified/prepared
• "In production" - for personalized products

IX. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

Policy for delays:

• Automatic notification via email/SMS in case of delay
• Explanation of reason for delay and new estimated timeframe
• Compensation: 10% discount voucher for unjustified delays
• Free cancellation if delay exceeds 7 business days

Force majeure includes:

• Transporter/courier strikes
• Extreme weather conditions
• Natural disasters or accidents
• Government restrictions (pandemic, quarantine)
• Major IT system failures

X. SPECIAL DELIVERIES

For fragile products:

• Additional packaging with protective material
• "FRAGILE" labels visible on package
• Mandatory insurance for products over 500 RON
• Special instructions for courier

For high-value orders (over 1000 RON):

• Delivery only with signature and ID
• Full insurance included
• Scheduling option for delivery within time slot

Urgent deliveries:

• 24h delivery (where possible) - additional fee +25 RON
• Only for in-stock products

• Order by 2:00 PM for next-day delivery

XI. PRODUCT RETURNS
