Are Eye Society glasses authentic?
Yes, all glasses sold by Eye Society are 100% authentic, purchased directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors. Each pair comes with a certificate of authenticity and 2-year international warranty.
Can I visit the showroom to try glasses?
Yes, the Eye Society showroom at AFI Cotroceni Bucharest is open daily from 10:00-22:00. Here you can try our entire collection and receive personalized advice from our experts. Free parking for the first 2 hours.
Can I order glasses with prescription lenses?
Yes, we offer complete prescription lens fitting services for most frames in our collection. You can bring your prescription from your ophthalmologist or get a free optometric consultation at our showroom.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping times vary by product and are shown on each product page. Estimated delivery once shipped:
* Bucharest: 1–2 business days
* Rest of Romania: 2–4 business days
* EU: 4–10 business days
* Worldwide: 5–14 business days

Can I pick up my online order from the AFI Cotroceni showroom?
Yes! Online orders can be picked up from our showroom at AFI Cotroceni, open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. For new orders, simply select "Pickup from AFI Cotroceni" at checkout. You'll receive an email and SMS notification once your order is ready for pickup. For existing orders, if your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email to arrange pickup instead of shipping.
How do I care for my glasses?
Each pair comes with a protective case and cleaning cloth. We recommend cleaning lenses with special solution (available at showroom) and storing in case when not worn. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures.
Do glasses include a case and cleaning cloth?
Yes, each pair of glasses comes with an original case from the manufacturer and a microfiber cleaning cloth. Some brands also include additional accessories such as a neck strap or cleaning spray. The complete packaging also includes the certificate of authenticity and warranty documentation.
Do you ship outside Romania?
We ship worldwide! Our delivery network covers:

How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes frame dimensions (lens width, bridge, temple length). Our online sizing guide helps you compare with an existing pair. For personalized advice, visit our showroom or contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Cash payments are also accepted in our showroom.
What warranty do you offer?
All products come with an official 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer lifetime free adjustments for frames purchased from Eye Society.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn, in their original packaging, complete with all accessories (case, cleaning cloth, box, documentation), with all original tags and seals attached.
The following items cannot be returned:
* Eyeglasses with lenses fitted to your prescription
* Contact lenses with custom parameters ordered specifically for you
* Lenses with custom tints or treatments made on request
* Items personalised or engraved at your request
* Unsealed contact lenses (on hygiene grounds)
* Items marked "Special order" on the product page

What is the return policy for glasses fitted with prescription lenses?
Eyeglasses with lenses fitted to your prescription cannot be returned. The lenses are made to your individual prescription, and the frames are adjusted to fit them.
If a manufacturing defect appears, the lenses are repaired or replaced free of charge under the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (see Section V of our Refund Policy).
Please make sure your prescription is recent (no older than 2 years for adults, or in line with the validity stated by your eye care professional) before placing your order.
